  3. Identity Verification (If Applicable): In compliance with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) requirements, we may request additional identity verification documents if your account triggers specific risk control mechanisms (e.g., large withdrawals).
  4. Community Content: Content you generate, such as Posts, Comments, and Hashtags created in the Community section.

  1. Device & Log Data: Includes your IP address, browser type, Timezone settings (essential for synchronizing UTC prediction times), access timestamps, and page clickstream data.
  2. Transaction Records: Fingogin maintains an internal ledger recording your Game Participation History (Guess, Lottery, Prediction), Points/Bonus fluctuations, and Cash Account flow.
  3. Cookies: We use cookies to maintain your session state and save your preferences.

3. How We Use Your Information

    • To execute your prediction orders and calculate odds/results for Open/Close Guesses.
    • To manage balances in your Cash, Bonus, and Points accounts.

    • To detect abnormal trading behaviors (e.g., wash trading, hedging attacks).
    • Withdrawal Audits: To manually review withdrawal requests based on deposit amounts, trading frequency, and profit/loss history.

    • Leaderboard: To generate public rankings (Last 1 Day/Week/Month/All) based on your Profit data.

  4. Communication & Marketing:
    • To send verification codes, withdrawal notifications, or important service updates via email.

4.1 Public Nature of Blockchain

Please note that Fingogin supports cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals. All on-chain transactions are recorded on a public blockchain ledger. The following information will be visible to other users on the platform:

  • Your ranking and profit data on the Leaderboard.
  • Posts and Comments you publish in the Community.

5. Data Security

  1. Payment Password: Your Payment Password is stored using high-strength hash encryption. Even platform staff cannot view your password in plain text.
  2. Access Control: Only authorized operations and finance personnel can access your detailed transaction logs for the specific purposes of "Withdrawal Audits" or "Dispute Resolution."

6. Your Rights

  1. Access & Correction: You can view and modify your Avatar and Username at any time via the "Account" page.
  2. Account Deletion: You may contact support to request account deletion. Upon deletion, we will cease commission distribution via the Referral System. However, certain transaction records may be archived rather than permanently deleted to comply with legal and auditing obligations.

Fingogin does not facilitate fiat currency trading and strictly provides prediction services based on cryptocurrencies and points. Users bear all risks associated with blockchain network congestion, loss of private keys, or hacking of personal devices.
